Noah Kaye is the Founder and Executive Director of Integer Network. Originally from the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC, Noah brings 20 years of leadership experience and is coaching leaders throughout the world. Noah is happily married to Tricia, who is from upstate New York and works as an educator.
He is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge where he met and married Tricia. Noah went on to earn a Masters in Christian Ministries from Evangel University. Noah served as Pastor of Capital Christian Fellowship, an International church near DC. The Kaye family spent five years in Cape Town, South Africa serving as the Directors of the All Nations Missions and Church Planting school founded by Floyd McClung and a year in Tanzania mobilizing leaders. Noah has traveled to over 40 nations and trained many influencers. The Kaye’s have been married 17 years, have three children, Davis, Lily and Graceson, and reside in Annapolis MD. Louwrens Scheepers is a trained Pastor with his MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. He and his family have spent many years ministering in different cross-cultural contexts, including seven years in Northern Africa. For most of his years in ministry, Louwrens focussed on adult training and mentoring, most recently specializing in training adults to care for children who have experienced trauma (namely refugee children in the Middle East and Southern Sudan).
Louwrens and Gerda have a deep affection for people and love to journey with them in discovering the freedom and healing that comes through living in vulnerability and honesty. Louwrens and Gerda have been married for 28 years and have 3 children, Derik, Jana and Andrea. Louwrens and Gerda both grew up in South Africa and has lived in Cape Town, South Africa for the last 6 years. You don’t have to spend much time with them to discover their love for children, books, movies, and walks on the beach.

For many years, Joni has served in church ministry and has had a growing passion to see people walk in integrity and authenticity. In 2012 Pat and Joni made a life altering trip to South Africa where they sensed the call from God to serve in Africa and join in ministry with the Kaye family. They lived in Africa from 2014-2017 and now live in Maryland where they are helping pioneer Integer Network.
Joni has her Master’s degree in counseling and has been in the counseling field for over 20 years. She was also on Pastoral staff at CrossWay Church in Valencia, PA for 7 years. She has a passion for teaching and walking with people into truth and wholeness. Pat and Joni Kellar have been married for 27 years and are native to the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Dave and his wife Tracy live in Orlando, FL with their two sons, Joshua and Luke. Dave is a mechanical engineer who has spent his career working in design, test and manufacturing environments. He likes to apply analysis, organization, and process improvement to help projects achieve greater efficiency. His wife works part-time from home as a financial administrative assistant and keeps the home running smoothly.
Dave graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 and studied Organizational Leadership through Regent University with a focus in coaching. He obtained his coaching certification through CoachNet in 2013 and loves to help people discover their unique design and take their next steps forward. Dave enjoys playing the keyboard, kayaking, going to the beach, and playing tennis with Tracy. He has a heart for spiritual growth, personal wholeness and healthy marriages.

John and Bethany worked in Cape Town for almost a decade, serving All Nations in various capacities. Bethany, with a Masters in Social work, founded and leads a non-profit intervening in baby abandonment in high-risk areas across South Africa (www.thebabysafe.org), and John trained leaders in spiritual formation and church-planting.
John was a part of a pastoral care team for missionaries around the world, led a training school, and is an Executive Strengthsfinder coach. He is a graduate of University of the Nations with a Masters in Christian Formation and Discipleship. John sees the integration of coaching, spiritual direction and friendship as the vehicle for healing and growth. John, Bethany and their son Sullivan now live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, have started a business and are exploring ways to bring the community-forming practices they experienced in South Africa to their heartland.

Brian lives in southeastern Virginia with his wife, Zipper, their two sons, Isaac and Elijah, and his mother-in-law, Norma. He currently serves as Equipping Pastor of Centerville Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA where he helps individuals and teams develop, deepen, and sharpen their ministries. Brian holds a BA in Psychology from the College of William & Mary and earned his MDiv from the Baptist Theological Seminary.
He received his coaching certification through Coach Approach Ministries. Brian is a board game enthusiast and also enjoys fishing, swimming, and running. A bit of an introvert who easily enjoys a good book or a solitary walk, Brian loves pouring into people’s lives— whether it’s sharing dinner and conversation with a friend, going to the lake with family, practicing hospitality with someone new, or sitting with Zipper at one of the boy’s string concerts.

Brandon, his wife Julianna, and their adorable children Mikayla and Oliver currently work full time with the All Nations Family focused primarily on coaching, discipling and training. Brandon spent close to a decade working in IT systems administration and is fascinated with applying learned principles to coaching large emerging movements of churches. He's an outside the box thinker, a certified executive Strengths Coach and incredibly excited to see leaders step into the possibilities that authenticity presents.
Brandon has his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma (a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Public Health and Social Issues) and is currently working towards an M.A. in Global Leadership through Fuller Theological Seminary.

Pam Kaye lives in the Annapolis, MD area and is the proud mother of 5 adult children and the joyous grandmother to 13 young emerging leaders. Pam became a widow in 2018 after being married to her beloved husband Joe for over 50 years! She has always enjoyed helping people process matters of the heart. It’s her passion and gift. After fighting and beating cancer, Pam became a certified cancer coach with
“Our Journey of Hope” and is eager to coach patients and caregivers through the painful process and impact of cancer (read the story here). Pam joins the Integer Network team as a cancer coach (offering FREE cancer coaching) and a family life coach (for hire), drawing on her almost 50 years of parenting and ministering to families. Karin Grobler deeply cares for people and especially those who carries hurt. She’s passionate about empowering and encouraging them to “keep on living after trauma and loss”. Previously, as children’s pastor in a church, her focus was on helping children through play therapy and later she ran a non-profit organisation training volunteers to do trauma coaching with orphans. Currently she has her own counselling and life coaching practice in Fish hoek.
In 2012 she graduated with a Masters in Practical theology and specifically narrative counselling from the University of Pretoria. Theunis studied law (B.Iuris, University of the Free State, 1987) and worked as Clerk of the Court, State Prosecutor and Magistrate in the Department of Justice for 14 years. He left the Department of Justice in 1993 and since then Theunis worked in diverse communities in South Africa and abroad. His administrative, organizational inter-personal and communication skills were developed and sharpened during this time. Since 2004 Theunis has been working in the Non-profit environment as Operational Manager for several organizations gaining experience in organizational development, strategic processes and leadership development.
Theunis is a qualified Business and Life Coach and also a Gallup Strengths Talent Coach since 2009. He coached several leaders and teams in the non-profit companies and organisations he served in. He enjoys working in a cross cultural context, where he can lead people in a facilitative way with the purpose to journey with them from stuck-ness to hope. Gerda is a trained teacher who first specialized in child development and later changed her focus to the care of women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Having raised three children in different cross-cultural settings and recently journeying with her married kids through becoming parents themselves, gave her a wealth of knowledge and experience from which other parents can benefit on their own journey. She is passionate about living an authentic life and finding ways for the body, mind and soul to be restored to wholeness. Her conviction is that parents can create safe spaces for their children to experience these values as they grow up, fully becoming what they have been created to be.
