About the Event

Feedback from participants: "Everyone has a story he or she needs to tell. But to tell your story, you need someone to listen carefully and respectfully. Now, when a group of people come together and share their stories and listen to one another, magic happens. Community happens. This was our experience with the online session we had with Integer Network recently. Louwrens Scheepers gently and skilfully facilitated the meeting and we left after and hour-and-a-half feeling closer to each other, inspired and refreshed. Many people direly need connection and we hope Integer can continue multiplying these experiences." - Dirk Coetzee

"I walked away from the listening room experience feeling greater peace and relaxation.  Karin provided attentive care by understanding my journey and giving me freedom to be myself.   It's not easy nowadays to find a safe space, but I experienced much patience and non-judgment." The Integer Listening Room experience, facilitated by Karin Grobler, offered me the space to share, uninterrupted and unjudged, whatever was stirring in my heart and mind.  Not only is Karin a great facilitator, who fostered a welcoming space from the start of the session, but she is also an incredible listener whose clear, precise feedback mirrored my statements with no advice-giving or “fixing”.  I felt heard, and subsequently I felt challenged to go deeper in my awareness simply by listening to my own words reflected back to me.  If you need a safe space to process what’s swirling inside or if you have a notion about the incredible power of listening to help foster wholeness and positive change, then I would heartily recommend Karin, an Integer Listening Room, or both.
