Louwrens Scheepers is a trained pastor with his masters in global leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, USA. For most of his years in ministry Louwrens focused on adult training and mentoring. As a facilitator for the course Walking with wounded children, developed by Petra Institute, he spent a lot of time training leaders from refugee communities in Africa and the Middle East. Over the last 5 years he has been applying his expertise as facilitator and mediator in different faith communities facing severe challenges, in the role of interim pastor. As a part of the Integer team, a huge part of his contribution has been the development of Compassionate Communication in all its different formats.
