Both programs include four courses:
INCA currently offers two programs, the Coaching for Christian Vocation Certificate (CCVC) and the Coaching for Christian Vocation Certificate-plus (CCVC+).
Each course is $195

CCVC 201: Theological Foundations for the Coach Approach Nine 2-hour sessions: Five two-hour content sessions Four two-hour practica Session 1 - Introduction and the God Story Session 2 - Incarnation as a model Session 3 - Centering the Other: Listening as a Spiritual Practice Session 4 - Wonder as a response to God Session 5 - Coaching as a Spiritual Practice
CCVC 301: The Identity, Growth, and Leadership of a Christian Coach Nine 2-hour sessions: Five two-hour content sessions Four two-hour group mentor coaching sessions Session 1 - Leading meetings and processes Session 2 - Equipping staff and volunteers Session 3 - Teaching and preaching Session 4 - Tackling difficult subjects and dealing with conflict Session 5 - Understanding power dynamics and ethics in coaching and ministry
CCVC 401: The Coach Approach to Missional Engagement Nine 2-hour sessions: Five two-hour content sessions Four two-hour practica Session 1 - Rethinking Christian Missions: Mutual Partnerships in the Advent of God’s “Kindom” (Basileia) Session 2 - Rethinking Power: Intro to Compassionate Communication Session 3 - Give Me Eyes to See and Ears to Hear: Observation without Judgment Session 4 - a Global Village Composed of Real “Thou” People: Connecting with Feelings and Needs; Empathy/ Understanding Session 5 - Potential and Partnerships: Making Requests/ Calling to Action; Empathy/ Understanding
The total cost for the CCVC course is $780 USD.
In addition, the CCVC+ includes all the requirements for students to receive a Level 1 certificate with which they can apply to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential:

Five observed coaching sessions, including three with written feedback by an ACC or PCC (Professional Certified Coach) coach - $100 USD per written feedback

Three one-on-one mentor coaching sessions with written feedback - $200 USD per session

One performance evaluation - $250 USD
The total cost for the CCVC+ (courses and ICF required add-ons) is $1930 USD.
Once students have their CCVC+ certificate from INCA as well as 100 hours of coaching experience outside the classroom, they can apply for the ACC credential. Students will then need to pay the application fee to ICF and pass the ICF ACC exam.
