Background & Experience:
For more than thirty years Lester has helped churches help people with literacy needs. He is currently Executive Director of Literacy Connexus. Lester has served on nonprofit boards and has worked with a variety of nonprofits through the years.
His desire is to coach nonprofit organizations in succession planning for leadership transition.
A Bit About Lester
Having completed his course work for the CCVC, Integer Network's coach training in partnership with Fletcher Seminary, Lester is eager to complete required hours for certification by the International Coaching Federation. For the duration of 2026 he is offering coaching to nonprofits on succession planning on a "pay what you can"- basis from $5 - $50/hour session.
