Background & Experience:
For more than thirty years Lester has helped churches help people with literacy needs. He is currently Executive Director of Literacy Connexus. Lester has served on nonprofit boards and has worked with a variety of nonprofits through the years.
His desire is to coach nonprofit organizations in succession planning for leadership transition.
A Bit About Lester
Lester Meriwether will celebrate his 50th wedding anniversary and retire from his current employment in November of 2025. He and Donna are the proud parents of three daughters and have five grandchildren. They are active members of Broadway Baptist Church where Lester teaches Sunday school and serves as a deacon.
