Integrated Awareness

How often do we rely on our minds when making decisions or understanding the world? In Western society, we rely on our brains—or head knowing—for almost everything. In this workshop, we'll examine our three centers of knowing—head, heart, and body—and begin the work of integration to be fully present to ourselves and in the world.
