Experience
Dr. Okanya’s career includes roles as a pastor and as president of Eastern Mennonite Missions, where he developed deep expertise in organizational development, intercultural leadership, and strategic transformation. He currently serves as Director of Commissions at Mennonite World Conference. In addition, Dr. Okanya serves on numerous non-profit boards, promoting global collaboration and effective partnerships within the sector.
