About the Programme
Integer Network is proud to announce the launch of The Four Keys: Unlocking Thriving Nonprofits, a structured 5-week leadership cohort programme developed specifically for nonprofit leaders in South Africa.
The NPO sector is carrying an enormous weight. Globally, 95% of nonprofit leaders report burnout as a concern, and closer to home, unaddressed mental health challenges cost the South African economy an estimated R161 billion per year. Yet despite these pressures, affordable, sector-specific leadership development remains largely out of reach for most NPO leaders.
The Four Keys was built to change that.
Each cohort brings together 4–5 organisations in a small, high-trust environment, tackling the pain points that matter most:
• A coaching mindset and approach to everyday leadership
• Succession planning to protect organisational continuity
• Compassionate communication for difficult conversations
• Burnout prevention and team wellness cultures
Nonprofit leaders are doing heroic work - often with limited resources, stretched teams, and no leadership development safety net. The Four Keys exists to give them practical tools, peer connection, and a coach approach that shifts how they show up for their organisations.
The programme runs 5–6 cohorts per year, facilitated by trusted South African coaches, on set dates throughout 2026 and beyond. Pricing is deliberately accessible, making this a meaningful entry point into continued engagement with Integer Network
