Staying Focused

Breathing in. Holding at the top of the breath. 

Breathing out. Holding at the bottom of the breath. 

Stretching the time I am holding at the top and the bottom - the space in between. Rhythm. Flow. Finding my rhythm, finding my flow. Staying focused in the flow. Letting go of chaos, confusion, and distractions. Receiving clarity, focus, creativity, wisdom, direction, and inner guidance. I am open to receive all that is for me by letting go of that which no longer serves me. Distractions, death-scrolling, in the weeds, down the rabbit holes, “oh, shiny!” Staying focused on the journey ahead. 

Looking forward, staying on the path of purpose, moving with firmness and confidence, laser-focused, intent, intentional, seeing clearly, without the shadows or clouds, without the glare of the sun. Eyes wide open, aware, alert, knowing the path, seeing the wide open road, the edges of this road. Knowing the parameters, the boundaries of the path. Not getting distracted by the flowers, birds, trees, or the scents along the journey. 

Staying focused on my path, allowing it to take me wherever I need to go. Following the trail, knowing. Knowing…that I am unique, I am worthy, I am enough. Knowing…that this is my journey, my path, my trail. Knowing…that my past has prepared me for this journey ahead. Knowing…that I am capable, I am unique. Knowing…that other people will join me on my journey. Knowing…that although our paths will cross they will not necessarily be permanent. Knowing…with full confidence, that my journey belongs to me, and no one else. 

Thank you for the opportunity of a lifetime: to be able to experience life in such a unique way. I am privileged to be given this opportunity. I will be worthy of this journey. I am worthy, because I am. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
